Just How Good is the Samsung LN52B750 HDTV?

A week doesn't seem to go by without a new all singing, all dancing HDTV being released. With the Samsung LN52B750, a real treat seems to have finally been delivered.

As would be expected, the very latest in TV tech is packaged into the sleek, "Touch of Charcoal Grey" exterior. On the face of it of course, this doesn't sound too exciting. However, when added to a room full of modernity, it looks stunning. Equally stunning, is the crystal neck design, which allows for all but 360 degree viewing angle.

It is far more than a good looking grey box however; the Samsung LN52B750 enjoys 240Hz processing, has integrated anti blur technology, an amazingly high 150, 000:1 contrast ratio and stunning 1920 x 1080 HD resolution. You can get a better picture from a movie... But you'd have to be the Director.

Equally impressive, are the toys included in the kit; most notably, Anynet+, which through its one touch control, all but allows for your other remotes to be consigned to "that" drawer in the kitchen. Another toy well worthy of mention is the picture-in-picture display, so you can keep an eye on the live match whilst checking the results.

However, all these pale somewhat when compared to the Internet@TV content service, which allows you to access Facebook, Twitter and many other applications from the comfort of your sofa. The Samsung LN52B750 can also be synchronized with your other gadgetry, using DLNA technology, allowing you to access your phone, PC, or anything else through the remote. Is it useful? Who knows - but it is awesomely cool.

As if all this wasn't enough, it also makes for a great TV too! The LCD screen itself returns magnificent blacks, and vibrant colors which, added to the other tech in the box, makes for a simply stunning package. If you are looking for a new HDTV, you owe it to yourself to bear this one in mind.
